I could have bid more, but I couldn’t bring myself to gamble on something that old that I couldn’t visit before committing and I’d have to drive 10 hours home. So it went for $1376, a hell of a bargain for my dream XJ (although I would have preferred 4 doors).
( Edit : worth noting this is all XJDano’s fault. He brought it to my attention. YOUR FAULT.)

From experience, “Average Condition” for that XJ in Pennsylvania is sans rockers, with swiss-cheese floors.

Well, that ma kes me feel a bit better.
I’ll find one. Someday. I’d just like it to be sooner so that I don’t drive my current Jeep into the ground.

I’m sorry for your loss. I’ll also be sharing more ax-15 XJs as I come across them.

I have a hard time thinking 1993 was a long time ago. My mind says shit that’s fairly new.

I didn’t even bother checking. No way I can swing that price.

My XJ was a ‘93, I loved it. 4-cylinder, manual everything
